For over a decade, I've worked at the intersection of social innovation, entrepreneurship, education, and diversity — partnering with startups, impact ecosystems, community organizations, educational institutions, and corporate leaders to design more inclusive and sustainable futures. My work bridges strategy, learning experiences, ecosystem building, and stakeholder engagement, always centered on people and community transformation.
Whether I'm leading multi-stakeholder programs, managing cross-sector partnerships, or building learning and innovation ecosystems across diverse territories, my focus is on creating scalable impact with strategic vision, collaborative leadership, and human-centered management. I believe the future of business depends on inclusive leadership, sustainable growth, and the ability to connect people, ideas, and opportunities across borders to build a more sustainable future for all.

Building the Foundations of Purpose-Driven Leadership
The beginning of my professional journey during my university years, shaped by volunteer work focused on gender equity, racial justice, and leadership development through international exchange. I contributed to organizations such as AIESEC, SEPROMI, and Bahia Street, strengthening my commitment to social transformation and inclusive leadership.

Immersion in Social Innovation
A deep dive into social innovation, with hands-on work designing more equitable and sustainable initiatives centered on gender and diversity. I collaborated with TODXS, Vale do Dendê, and Parque Social, developing projects that addressed complex social challenges through innovation and community engagement.

Scaling Impact Through Entrepreneurship and Strategic Partnerships
I focused on managing and expanding social innovation businesses, including the creation and growth of my own consultancy, AFROIMPACTO. My work centered on partner management in open innovation, diversity, and social impact, while deepening my expertise in instructional design and learning experiences. Key collaborations included Casa Mar, TODXS, and Múltiplas.

Accelerating Inclusive Innovation and Leadership
Advancing my work at the intersection of diversity, innovation, and entrepreneurship. My focus is on accelerating businesses led by and serving underrepresented communities, with emphasis on gender equity, racial justice, and LGBTQIAPN+ inclusion. I also design and facilitate inclusive leadership development programs. Notable partnerships include Impact Hub, Múltiplas, Darwin Startups, and the Ginga Afrotech initiative.
